Well done the Libs B billiards team. 8 - 0 drubbing of Prestwich Cons. Great start to the season, let us hope the form carries on throughout the season.
Thanks to Prestwich Cons for getting a B team together; they were a good bunch of lads who have a few in the team that are capable of taking a few points from some of then other teams in the league (hopefully from the 'Stute').

I would like to second that Fluke Master. It was a comprehensive victory for the Libs Billiards 2nd team. The boys from Prestwich Cons are a credit to their club and played with great heart and showed a fantastic attitude even though for some it was pretty much their 1st games at Billiards. I am more than confident that they can take points from other teams throughout the season. Welcome back Prestwich Cons and good luck for the rest of the season.

Well done Libs 2nd for getting off to a good start, you need to be on the ball in every game in the season to overhaul the 4 time champions from repeating the awesome feat achieved last season B)

Congratulations to the Libs A team last night. Off to a winning start with a comprehensive 6-2 victory over Prestwich Cons. Nice to see Hurricane return to the club he left on a Bosman, however I'm not sure the return was too happy as he went down like a proverbial sack of spuds. Nevermind, I'm sure The Stute will help him get back to winning ways..... B)

libs b have got a far improved side from last year, points dropped last year that shouldn't have been, wont be dropped this year i can assure you ;)

I think Nick's decided to play a cautious game this year.
He's certainly playing well and I don't think his new handicap will cause him too much trouble.
