D Wright played 2nd team billiards? why? has he been dropped from the first team? does this mean he cant play against Whitefield 1st team because he has played against the 2nd team?

joehague - October 15, 2007 08:37 PM (GMT)
Yep

If you play for the first, you cant then play for the second.

Dave

I think once you have played against a team - for example as you have against Whitefield - you cant play against the 1st team in the corresponding fixture, i might be wrong but i played for the 1st team against Crumpsall 2yrs ago and wasnt allowed to play against them for the 2nd team when they played them

Best to ask King David

I've cheated and consulted the fixture book.

Rule 3:
QUOTE
No player can play for both teams in any one fixture, same night or not.

Otherwise there's nothing to stop people going on first at home then nipping up to go on last at a two-table venue.

I think you mis understand the rule Mark

I believe if you play a fixture for one team ie 1st you cant play the corresponding fixture for the 2nd or vice versa

come on King David clairfy

No, I understand it. You can play 1st team billiards then second team snooker, but not 1st and 2nd team billiards in the same week.
