CARLTON v LIBS
J Hague 64 T Tully 100 (was nearly 50 ahead, two super breaks of 30, one of which he ran out with put paid to my lead)
M O Rourke 69 G Harrison 100 ( Mark was mega behind, played well to lose by only 31)
J Bailey 100 R Frankland 30 ( Even a scoreline like this didnt help us get the handicap)
P Ryan 100 G Davies 77 (nothing special to report, nip and tuck all the way)
C Arthington 91 S Seddon 100 (very close game all the way through)
C Rawlinson 67 B Beagan 100 (Col was in front by about 20 odd early on, Mr Beagan played very well)
6-2 for the Libs

| Good result guys..... |
i was disappointed with my performance to be honest Joe. I had to give Jim 35 start and had cleared that within 3 visits. Then for some reason I just stopped. Gary did the same, though against Baz - an excellent 33 break and then the harder he tried, the worse it got for him. He got to within 17 but then Baz stretched it back out with some good shots.

Gaz is getting on tho as i keep telling him. He needs to have a rest with his pipe and slippers.
I had to reach 81 last night againt the Tulsta to draw 4-4, but he went out on a 30 odd (what can ya do?), result 6-2 down
I played bloody well but lost, but you have gotta play well against these seasoned pros (aka old feckers).
Joe

Stute first went down to Unsworth 5-3 a fair result, winners for us were chris john and nick losers both dave's and kevin unsworth winning the aggregate by quite a bit. From watching them last night i predict they will be their abouts at the end of the season if they can keep that form up B) B) B)

Thats what happens Mark when you play off -35 amongst team of +20's and then play bottom stick. You come up against old season campaigners like Jim off scratch, What is it they say in boxing? You can run but you cant hide!! :D ;)
