I would imagine the Manchester League would have a similar high standard

With the right co-operation, we could get a set up like that going up here with respect to tables, etc., but there must be a willingness by teams to submit cards on time or at least, as discussed, a nominated results submitter from each club.
I'm happy to take this down an official route or unofficial as Dave sees fit.
