I got this from Sunday's Paper.Miles Kington wrote that the French Navy had decided on a new rallying cry for times of war which he translated as:"to the water,it is the hour",from the original French;"a l'eau,c'est l'heure".
It's a bit like when Germany conquered France in 12 days in 1940. To be fair to the Germans, it was raining.
